What is important to know about your profession?
To perform this profession effectively one Must have an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a deep desire to communicate and have a willingness to help people at such a critical juncture.
How can we save money hiring you?
I would recommend customers seeking out the best inspector they can find as far as experience and one that is working solely for them and not the Realtor! Then consider money once you have found that. After all, this is the largest investment of your life so saving $20-40.00 now could cost you a fortune in the near future.
What types of jobs are the most common?
What??? Home Inspections, environmental testing, consulting, diagnosing, Home hazards examinations, etc.
What are you most proud of?
Jobs I am most proud of are the ones that I receive referrals from because those clients especially understand that I was working solely for their best interest.
What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
Which inspector will actual perform the inspection for my home and how long have they been inspection professionally?nnWhere do you receive most of you referrals from? Realtors OR past clients, their friends and family?
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Information regarding the property your are purchasing. The more the better. How old, how many bathrooms, any ancillary services like septic, well, underground oil tank, lead paint testing needed, etc.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
After submitting all of the completed reports I am personally available via phone, text or email with any questions or concerns regarding your home until you buy your next one!
What we may not know about you?
You may not see it at first because I am usually dispensing knowledge and information regarding your investment but I can be pretty funny also. Especially if your inspection goes well for you.
How many projects do you average in a year?
Every year is different with this economy and volume is not the key as much as serving clients as well as possible and repeat business. Around 200 last year I believe.

What is the cost? Depends of info given and services wantedWhen do I get the report? Usually the same day right after the inspection.
