We repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on all roofing systems, for commercial, residential, and industrial roofs. No matter the roof system, be it TPO, PVC, metal, shake, slate, EPDM rubber, modified bitumen, or built up roofs, we can repair any roof leak you have. We install asphalt shingle roofs, TPO flat roofs, metal panel roofs, slate roofs, shake roofs, and modified bitumen roofs. Our crews are quick, efficient, and leave your property clean. We do everything possible to fix your roof problem as fast and easy for you as possible.

Brands

For shingles, we use GAF and Certainteed most commonly, but also use Tamko and others depending on the home owner's preference. We specialize and offer warranties on Genflex roofs, and prefer to install TPO on flat roofs. However, we are also skilled in torch down and cold process modified bitumen roofs, PVC roofs, metal panel roofs, slate, and shake.

Questions and Answers

What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?

You should ask if they are properly licensed and insured, if they offer a workmanship warranty, and if they require a deposit for large repairs and installations. You should always have a contract for larger jobs, and have the roof contractor send a proposal for any work so both parties understand what is being priced. In the case that you find a roofer asking for full payment before they have completed the job, be cautious and use your best judgement.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?

For roof installations, after the crew has finished installing the roof, cleaned the ground, and left, we send our project manager to do a final cleaning and to follow up with the building owners. We also offer a workmanship warranty on our roof installations and repairs.
