Great service clean job (tarped large area around fireplace), and arrived when he said he would - Mike gave us a loekit of information about our fireplace and chimney, and told us exactly what he was doing and why. Told us his pricing levels ahead of time (price varied depending on condition of chimney). I've already recommended him to my neighbor!

The owner contacted my to schedule and even agreed to come on a Sunday! They moved furniture that was covering intake vents (I did not know that was a "No-No"), covered and taped all vents so no trash would come back into my home, brought in brushes to clean the ducts. Went upstairs to furance/duct beginning and used brushes and vacuum machine to clean out ducts.
When I saw all the trash that had been sucked out of the ducts, I was flabbergasted. We even found pennies the kids had dropped in the upstairs vents!
People need to have this company clean their ducts every other year to maintain clean, healthy air!

Had my nasty air ducts cleaned by these guys. It's started off a little rocky after a missed appointment but then I received a courtesy call to explain, a reminder call the night before, and mike offered good-faith a discount due to the missed appt. without my asking. They were really respectful of the house, explained everything, and answered all of my questions without rushing to get the job started or finished. Great crew, great customer service, would definitely hire again.

I have referred Pure Duct Systems. to 4 other condo owners and they also have been very impressed with them. We are satisfied with the duct cleaning service, they are great. The two young gentlemen that did the work were professional, courteous and knowledgeable on the service they provided. I am rehiring them for another job this week. I highly recommend them.

This company is really wonderful. They were so friendly and patient. My doctor recommended that I get my vents cleaned because of my Asthma. I've never had this done before and Joey and Carl we so patient with me, explaining exactly what they were doing. I will use them again the next time I need my vents cleaned.

Great work! The staff was very friendly and informative and the technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. The man over the phone was thorough and discounted my service. The technicians showed my husband the inside of the vents with a video camera and walked him through a checklist of the service. They asked before they entered my children and elderly mother-in-law's rooms and worked quickly and efficiently. They showed us the video after to prove the ducts were spotless and did not try to push other services. The price was exactly as estimated and I look forward to having them out again

Pure Duct is a lifesaver. I don't know what I would have done had they not come out last minute for me. My family is coming to town tomorrow and I wanted to have the best appearence for my home. Well with 2 kids and a lab, it can be hard to keep up with it myself. I called them in a panick. I was reassured that they would come out right away and do all they could to help me. Two technicians came out to clean the carpet and stairway as well as one of their cleaning ladys to get the rest of the house tidy. I am extremely satisified with this company. I contacted mike from Pure Duct Systems a few months back after speaking to several other duct cleaning companies. I learned after speaking to credentialing agencies that oversee this service, that there are many scammers in the business, and to be cautious to choose a company that has the credentials to the job I would be paying for. No one I spoke with could give me more than 2-3 hours for a home that is over 4000 sq ft. Impossible! Cannot be done especially when you consider that ever vent cover needs to come off, sealed and replaced. Though, other companies promised they could do it. My vent covers totaled over 50 alone. No one compared to the service and value I received from Pure Duct Systems. The two serviceman were here all day. Until work was completed and did not adhere to an appointment schedule which would have resulted in leaving my home duct work done in haste in order to move on to next appt. They were polite, professional, and made sure they followed protocol to the job the way it is supposed to be done. No short cuts. I would recommend them to anyone who desires a reliable, insured, and credible company. They are fabulous. Eileen Kelly
