I specialize in supporting Windows computers -- from Windows XP to Windows 8. I also help clients in setting up their home theaters.

I work with Dell, HP, Sony, Toshiba, Acer, Compaq, Gateway, eMachines and just about any brand of Windows computers. I work with HP, Canon, Epson, Lexmark and Kodak printers.

Ask about the professional's background--how long have they been supporting computers professionally?

What we may not know about you?
I started building my own personal computers in 1989, and found it a great way to learn about the "nuts and bolts" of PCs.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from San Diego State University. I then started working with PCs in the mid 1980s.

What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
The customer should know the make and model number of their computer, and the version of Windows that they're running.

Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
I offer telephone support to my existing clients. If the call is under 15 minutes or so I usually don't charge for my time.
