About Rising Tide Fitness

Rising Tide Fitness is an outsource personal training center in New York City, created to promote a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and nutritional modification.

Training sessions are conducted in most exquisite homes, condos, outdoors and private gyms in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Our goal is to help you develop an exercise routine that will last a lifetime.

Our fitness assessments include:

  • Assessment of current fitness level
  • Aid program development customized to each individual needs

  • Establishment of goals

Our tests:

  • Resting heart rate
  • Post-exercise resting heart rate
  • Girth measurement

  • Fitness re-assessment performed every 4 weeks to make sure you are making progress

We provide personal and one-on-One training program. Each session lasts 30-90 minutes depending on your goals. Each session include strength, flexibility, circuit and cardiovascular training.
