Robert Condori gave me a quote for staining my house then told me he did not include house trim in the quote so the quote went up once included. He then told me the house was soaking up a lot of stain and he needed more money to complete the job. I was not happy but wanted to be sure I received quality work.
When done we could see the old stain coming through the new shade which was darker than the old. He didn't know know why then wanted more money to touch up those spots! I finally said no and paid him.
I realized after that there were stain splatter marks on the bay window and the sliding glass doors. When i asked for references before hiring Robbran House Painting they arrived by email very quickly and were incredibly positive but I had my experience indicates otherwise.
