We had been having a serious drainage problem in laundry sink. My call to Rooter Guard was answered quickly and I was told someone would call me back with an appointment time within the hour. I received a call back within 10 minutes and the plumber was at my home within 1/2 hour. Luis was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. It was difficult to get the drain cap off but he kept at it and cleaned the drain line from laundry area all the way out to the main line. This is the first time we had called Rooter Guard company and were very pleased with the plumber and the work he performed. He also cleaned up the area.
