We have 15-year workmanship warranty. We also accept responsibility for your home's well-being after the project is complete. We are only a phone call away, in case you need our expertise.

Started by working alongside building owners on making improvements in their income properties and rentals.Went on to seek out additional projects and challenges presented by clients looking for good design and value.Built business up to 20+ full time tradespeople including plumbing, electrical, designers, tile setters and carpenters.

Two 2nd story additions in small Madison neighborhood lots.Design/Building of vintage 1954 streetcar diner with kitchen and dining room addition on a re-claimed gas station lot in Downtown Baraboo.

Pay for comprehensive design service up front, even if you don't hire us you have to have a plan.Design services start at $45 per hour, $450 minimum.
