Had a bit of trouble with scheduling, but once they arrived they were very thorough and competent, igor is a genius and will not stop until problem totally solved to my and his satisfaction. Could not be more satisfied with their service

I have been very happy with S.T.A.R. Their technicians are on-time, or call if they are delayed, they are polite, and they are knowledgeable. They have even given me recommendations on how to keep my dishwasher and washer/dryer running better, when they were here to fix my oven.

Absolutely terrible service. Irinia over the phone was the rudest employee I've ever talked to. The repair took 4 weeks to come in when I was initially told it'd take 1 week. Will never return here again
