  • What we may not know about you?
I maintain a high level of professionalism when it comes to work and strive to treat every customer with the utmost concern when it comes to their safety. We have built relationships with the insurance providers and insurance aspect of the auto glass industry. • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
  • Look for a National Glass Association (NGA) Logo.
  • Ask them if their technicians are NGA certified.
  • Ask if they endorse the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard Council (AGRSS) for proper urethane adhesive and corrosion treatment along with proper installation of auto glass.
  • Ask how long the windshield replacement will take. If the windshield replacement takes less than an hour, make sure that two windshield replacement technicians are present.
  • Ask about the recommended Safe Drive-away time to ensure that the adhesive used on the windshield will have adequate time to bond.
  • How can we save money hiring you?
All of us like to save money, when possible. However, some companies will save you money by cutting corners, and it is extremely dangerous.Considering that your windshield contributes to as much as seventy percent of the structural integrity of your vehicle roof, even a seemingly un-important step in the windshield replacement process may prevent proper adhesion. Three out of one hundred accidents are rollovers, and are the cause of thirty-five out of every one hundred deaths. If a windshield is improperly installed, it can cause the windshield to pop out during a roll over accident, which depletes the integrity of the roof of your vehicle. Also, in the case of a head on collision, your airbags are designed to press against your windshield, to create a cushion for you.If the windshield was improperly installed, this can cause the airbag to pop your windshield out. If this happens, the airbags can no longer protect your head and face from colliding with the passenger compartment of your vehicle.A lot of times, your auto insurance will help or cover the replacement, it is always a good idea to contact them and find out what they will cover, as this can save you money.
