Questions and Answers
What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
The customer should ask and make sure that when someone in this trade designs something, you are able to make changes and additions without any extra fees and will always wait to produce something until the customer approves it. We never produce anything without the customers approval and always allow changes and additions to be made before the customer finalizes our work.
How can we save money hiring you?
Customers who are looking to save money, I would suggest narrowing down material usage. When constructing a vehicle, game system, or even appliance wrap, the main factor is material. By say only covering the sides of a vehicle and not the roof you can save a couple hundred dollars. The roof of vehicles are usually never seen so that is a good area to save o material and lower the cost of a wrap.
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
I would recommend having a price range selected and an idea of what information you want included.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
After the work has finished, we install the work and offer a one year warranty on any material used. We also keep everything saved so if the customer would like to change or add anything in the future, we already have a starting point and the cost will be much less than someone else starting from scratch. We like to build a relationship with our customers to give them the best service possible.
How many projects do you average in a year?
In a years time we complete hundreds of projects. We offer so many different products and services that we are always working on something, whether it be small projects such as business card design or larger projects such as full body vehicle wraps and websites.
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
The most frequent question we receive is how long does a wrap last. The vinyl we use had an outside durability rating of 6-8years. Vinyls that will not be outside and in the sun can last several years longer than that.Another question we receive is what is the difference between a cut vinyl and printed banner. A printed banner has the graphics printed directly onto the banner material and has a durability rating of 3-4 years. A cut vinyl banner is where we cut the artwork out of vinyl then lay it onto the banner material. This has a durability rating of 6-8years.
What we may not know about you?
Customers often do not know that we can easily provide services and products outside of Tyler and Houston Texas.
I got started by doing this as a hobby from my home. Friends and family began to see my work and the word spread about what I could do and it took off from there. Now my company provides services to people all over Texas and across the U.S.
What is important to know about your profession?
I wish customers could see how much talent and time this profession requires. You must be talented enough to design thousands of wraps, signs, business cards ect. and for them not to begin to look the same or the same style. Being a custom shop we design everything to tailor the needs and styles of our clients. It also takes time and patience to make sure that there are not any bubbles, creases, tears, etc. in the work we produce.
What types of jobs are the most common?
The most common types of jobs are wraps however we do hundreds or business cards, logo and website development as well.
What are you most proud of?
I am proud of all my work and can not narrow it down to just one. We put 110% in everything we do and I do not allow anything less than perfect to come out of my shop.
