What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
The most important question I would tell my customer to ask is the hardest one they can think of. When your talking to a company it is not hard to tell wether someone is thinking on their feet to try and pull some quick money into their pocket or wether they are trying to become a supportive link in your technological chain. When choosing team members to rely on it is important to go with a company that is going to be in your corner for the long run after the money has exchanged hands to solve a problem.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
I provide regular maintenance services on equipment and machines down to the finest detail. I also offer custom built systems and strategy to do business in new ways that takes advantage of the technological advances in the market place that really help to drive the bottom line of business forward. We are not just a IT support company. The founder of the company was a business analyst for the fortune 500 and adds a whole other angle to depth and breadth of what T-Rex is able to offer.
How can we save money hiring you?
The number one thing I would recommend to customers trying to save money is to download a program called malware bytes and run it on the machine they feel has a "virus." That clears up that type of problem at almost a 100% success rate. That is my gift to my customers. Hopefully in the future you will call me when you need a real professional for a real problem, because that is the type of thing we like to do here. Tackle real problems with our T-Rex's.
What types of jobs are the most common?
Virus removal are the most common problem. After that hardware and laptops. Which are built to die in about 3 years most of the time.
What is important to know about your profession?
Most technicians will run a low level anti spare software and install a anti virus. Dont let them, anti virus programs are almost obsolete and useless. They slow down the computer and cause a lot of problems later. Malware bytes is a free program and can take care of most desktop issues. If you cant access you desktop press the windows key and use the arrows to navigate to the malware bytes installation file and click enter. Then after it is installed do the same thing again and open then run the program. It will get your computer back to you and save you money. Do not waste your money to get someone to install useless software on your computer. Just use the malware bytes program or get someone you know to do it who is sharp on the computers. If you cant get it then call me. What ever state your in if I cant come to you.

What are you most proud of?
The biggest project that we are proud of is a spa in Long Beach, CA that we just recently revamped in the digital realm.
The company has over 10+ years in the desktop support arena. We have been working with computers since the digital type writers came onto the scene. What we have learned is that technology is becoming more invisible and throwing money at a IT person so they can bring in more metal and plastic does not always solve problems for our customers. In the beginning it was just to help at schools or people that needed it. Through years of experience we realized there was a gap in the market for reliable IT support.
How many projects do you average in a year?
We average hundreds of projects a year. The advantage of going with T-Rex is scalability. We are able to adapt quickly with little notice even on the toughest problems.
What kind of questions do customers ask you?
Virus removal is the most frequent questions we get and I tell everyone the same thing. Use malware bytes and then call me out if that does not work. I charge $85 for the first hour and $65 there after.
