Do you use your own cleaning supply's? What is your average hourly rate? If asked will you provide other detailed cleaning?

How much do you usually charge?I have an hourly rate depending on how big the place may be.Do you use your own products?Yes, but providing the needs of our customer we may use something different providing they ask for it.What is the difference between basic cleaning and detailed?Basic is dusting,sweeping,moping,and restrooms.Detailed is anything other than that, that the customer may ask of myself.
What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Quotes from other company's,task list,and any specific needs that may need to met. Remember this your home,office or ect.. We are here to please you!
What types of jobs are the most common?
Mostly in my line of business I get homes and offices. The economy has changed so much that people have no time to do what i specialize in.
How many projects do you average in a year?
That varies, It's very similar to any business, through out the year it changes, due to my clients that live up north part of the year. On average at the least 1500 a year.
Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
After the work has finished you have the option to see the difference in your home,office,ectra... and if it is not exactly what asked,changes will be made right away. customers needs are to met. Our moto is to never leave until customer is happy...
I worked for a business very similar and seen the changes that needed to be met to become a better business, and instead of helping them I decided to take it upon myself to open my own business, so that i knew my customers were getting exactly what asked for!
What is important to know about your profession?
The difference in our company, and the attention we pay to our customers wants and needs which other company's do not do. They stick to a certain way to their own needs and comfort. As a the owner i know how important it is to stand different then others and make sure their is never a unsatisfied customer. We want you happy and to continue to use our services.
How can we save money hiring you?
I recommend for my customers to write a list of tasks that they want to be done within the certain time frame they are sticking to, depending on their budget.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of a home that I cleaned on a weekly basis, It is a 3 story home, and was no easy task, there was never a time i left their home and they were unsatisfied. The married couple always gave me thanks before leaving, and were always amazed at the detail I put into every job.
