30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive to start the job Roy called and said that they couldn't do it until the following Friday, then that Friday came and went and then he called me on Monday and said they would do it that Wednesday. He said his worker was having problems with his knee swelling up.
They showed up unexpectedly on Tuesday morning at 7 AM. The guy smelled like alcohol and looked like he hadn't showered in a week. He brought his stuff in and then said that he had to go to the store to get some paper towels, and came back two hours later drunk and proceeded to finish the job in less than an hour, which they said would be a four hour job.
He got overspray all over the tile and got runs all over the job. my five-year-old child could do a much better job. I contacted Roy and he said that we still owed him the money because he completed the job. I told him I wasn't going to pay he said that he was really an attorney and he was going to have me thrown in jail and said he would be over at 5 o'clock to collect payment, but he never came. Now three weeks later it's starting to peel off.
