Questions and Answers

  • How can we save money hiring you?
Buy gutter guards for your home. We warranty all work for a year. They do pay for themselves in just a few years and you will never have to worry about gutter cleaning again.Have your house and roof washed once a year. Keeping the grime off your roof will pro long the life of your roof.
  • What are you most proud of?
I am proud of every job that we do! We understand that the customer is the most important! Everytime, we complete a job, we worked safe, and we get the WOW factor from our customers then I am the most proud and happiest!
  • What we may not know about you?
I spent over 15 years in the industrial distribution business and the chemical business. I am a Safety Instructor for Hydrofluoric acid and I have taught fall protection safety with companies such as 3M, Safewaze, and Miller. We are the best in the business and we have the background to prove it. I also attended the University of South Carolina at Columbia on Political Science. We understand the chemical end and the safety end on every project.
  • Do you offer any service after finishing the work?
We do a complete walk through with every customer after the job is complete and a 100% to their expectation level. We also offer other services to home owners and commercial property owners. We offer a one year warranty on our gutter guard installs. We offer packages through out the year at great deals. We also have an emergency shutdown service.
  • What is important to know about your profession?
It is not simple and cheap to get into. Many think, you can purchase a washer and start your own business. We have worked hard to build our business from the ground up. We have a facebook page with our work listed, we are on Angie's List, we do market flyers, we work with Livingsocial, and we are also on other websites. We employ a full crew and we work within OSHA guidelines.
  • What kind of questions do customers ask you?
They hired two men in a truck looking for a quick buck! They started the job, did subpar work or messed the entire job and they are looking to get it corrected? Remember, you pay for what you get. Always hire a trusted and proven professional. Even if the price is a little more.
  • What do you recommend to know before hiring you?
Always contact a company that offers free estimates. Be clear with the work you want completed. Make sure they can provide you with a portfolio of past work or a website.
  • What types of jobs are the most common?
Power washing, gutter cleaning, window washing, roof cleaning, painting, deck refinishing, and lawn care.
  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring you?
  • Do you have insurance?
  • Do you have a portfolio of your work?
  • Do you work safe and meet OSHA regulations?
  • Do you warranty your work?
  • Do you offer a 100% money back guarantee?
  • Do you have a chemical background?
  • How did you get started?
I worked in the industrial supply and chemical business for over 15 years. My wife and I, have a son with special needs. Starting my own business has given me the opportunity to be flexible with his care. I also have a background in residential construction. I started in the business with my father and my brother-in-law owns and operates his own construction business. I started with a single pressure washer and worked hard to earn the respect and business of my customers. I am proud to say that we are on Angie's List, Page on Facebook, and a part of Living Social. We go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and satisfied.
  • How many projects do you average in a year?
It depends! We do very well in the spring through Fall. We do not worry about how many we complete. We worry about customer satisfaction. The most important project is the one that we are currently working on.

I have a chemical background and I have sold chemicals in the past. I am also a Hydrofluoric Acid Safety Instructor. Not many companies have a background in chemical products nor an instructor that operates their own company.
