Services offered

After the home inspection is complete I will type out a detailed report with a number of images from the home imbedded in the report. At anytime a customer can contact me with any questions regarding the report or the home inspected.

What type of training and certification does the Inspector have? What does the Inspector focus on during a home inspection? How long does a typical inspection take?

While purchasing my first home, I met with a local home inspector to take look at my new home. During the inspection I spoke with the Inspector about his profession and became intrigued with the process of looking at every system of the home and presenting a report to customers to help them in their home buying process. Being employed in a number of home trades including plumbing, construction, and pest control inspection, I decided to go to school to learn about Home Inspection. After completing all my courses and training, and joining a professional group I decided to start Wharton Inspections.
