I, Don Zigler, have a design/architectural background. I started out in this business as a laborer for a custom home framing contractor, worked my way up through the ranks and within approximately one year and a half, I had formed my own company, building homes as a framing contractor. After approximately eight years, I decided that I needed to utilize my design background a little more, thus taking on the role of a builder/contractor.
