Once you complete our form, you will be redirected to our dashboard. Currently, our dashboard only shows information about the service provider or network of service providers that will contact you via email or phone with the purpose of providing estimates for your project.

  • No contractors were available in my area, what do I do now?

First, check that all your personal information is correct. If the address or zip code is incorrect, we cannot match you with any contractors. If your information is correct, that means we currently do not have coverage for your project in your area.

  • How can I delete my Fixr.com account?

Please send an email to privacy@fixr.com specifying the email address used to submit the estimate request. We will delete your account from our database and send you confirmation via email.

  • How do I unsubscribe from Fixr.com emails?

To unsubscribe from the emails sent by Fixr.com, click the "unsubscribe" link found at the bottom of any email you have received from us.

  • How do I unsubscribe from Fixr.com SMS?

To unsubscribe from the SMS sent by Fixr.com, reply to any of our SMS with "Remove my account" or send us an email at support@fixr.com, adding the telephone number you want us to remove from our database.

  • How does Fixr.com use my information?

We collect your name, email address, phone number, street address, the home improvement category applicable to your request, and the answers you provide in our forms with the sole aim of offering you local estimates for your project. Fixr.com will contact you to inform you about the service professionals or third-party networks of service providers that you have been matched with. These service providers will also contact you for the purpose of giving quotes for your project. We will also provide you with the customer support you need. If you want us to remove your data from our database, please contact us at privacy@fixr.com, specifying the email address used to submit the estimate request. We will delete your account from our database and send you confirmation via email. However, if you ask for your information to be deleted, we cannot provide you with the service estimates requested.

About Your Relationship With Business Professionals
  • What if I change my mind and want to cancel a project or contract?

If you have already signed a contract with a service professional, the decision to cancel this project contract will have to be worked out between you and the service professional.

  • What can I do to make sure I do not pay too much for my projects?

Pay close attention to quotes and contracts. It is your responsibility as a customer to get quotes, and all prices should be clearly stated on contracts. Ensure all the quotes include the same materials, supplies, and equipment to make the comparison easier. If something is unclear to you, ask the service professional questions.   • Nobody called, what do I do now?

There are two possible solutions: 24 hours after requesting a free estimate, you can go back to your dashboard by clicking on the "See my project information" link you received in the email we sent you after requesting your estimate. Once you access your dashboard, you will find a "Get more estimates" button that you can click to let us know that we need to search for more professionals. If you are unable to access your dashboard, an email will be sent 72 hours after asking if you need more estimates. Simply click the "Request more estimates" button, and we will find more professionals for your project.

To update your business information, please send an email to support@fixr.com with the information that needs to be updated. We will update your business information for you and send you a confirmation email.

  • How do I delete my business from your listing?

Please send an email to support@fixr.com with your company’s name or Fixr.com business listing URL. We will delete it and send you a confirmation email.
